Shipping

If your order subtotal equals $30 or more, you will automatically qualify for FREE standard shipping by USPS. 

If you live in Hiram, Dallas or Villa Rica, Georgia, we offer free residential delivery. Simply call us at 404-754-4983 or email us at hello@thebowpop.com to place your order.

Orders are shipped within the next business day.

Sorry, we do not ship to international addresses at this time.

We offer shipping by USPS. Delivery options are available during checkout. Rates are based on handling, package weight and distance. If you would like to know the shipping costs of an order prior to checkout, place items in your cart and click “Checkout” and enter the shipping address. Quotes for all shipping options will be displayed. Accurate quotes will update as you adjust items or quantities in your cart.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and pinky-swear that we won’t share your email address or contact information with a third party.

Security Policy

We cannot access or retain credit card information in our database. Credit information is securely encrypted and processed, and your card will not be charged until your order ships.

Order Tracking

You will receive a detailed confirmation email upon placement of your order. When your order ships, we will send an additional email containing your tracking number.

Return Policy

It is our pleasure to make exchanges and returns easy! We want you to love your Bowpop® products as much as we love making them!

For returns and exchanges, repack the item(s) in the original shipping packaging and include the provided return slip. For added protection, we recommend insuring your return and require prepaid return postage; no C.O.D.

We will accept returns for exchange or refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the original order date. Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original condition. Exchanges are for same price items only.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned goods, and you will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has occurred. Any returns failing to meet our policy requirements will not be credited.

If anything is damaged during shipment or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us within 15 days of the order date with a description of the problem. We will send you a shipping label to return the item(s) on us in the original shipping packaging. We will determine cause of the damage and either send you a replacement or credit the card used for purchase.

Products

Bowpop® uses high-quality photography and detailed product descriptions to accurately represent our products. However, our bows and headbands are handmade to exacting standards but may vary slightly in color and size within the same product. The bows must be worn with careful adult supervision, may contain small parts and are not intended to be toys.
